Kiem grant for biorigami

unit4web_bannerThe winning research project BiOrigami is a collaboration between the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (Mark Lepelaar and Annelies de Leede), Studio Samira Boon and NEXT architects. It will explore the potential of applying origami techniques to new biocomposite materials. The circular pavilion that is being developed by NEXT architects i.c.w. Amvest will serve as a case study.
